Chest Pains

Hi All,
I suffer terrible health anxiety and am on fluoxetine and propanolol, every ache and pain I get terrible panic. I have recently been getting bad chest pain. Its just one quick pain in the middle / bottom of my chest. This has happened 3 times in the past week.

The strange this is, I go swimming 6 times a week and just last night I did 1250 meters in the pool and felt great afterwards.

Is this related to my anxiety and/or medication?

A chest pain which isn't related to exercise or any other symptoms doesn't sound like anything bad. Any chance you've strained a muscle from swimming? Do you do a warm-up?
