I'm starting to wonder if it's all in my head. I just feel like I'm not here, my head feels all spaced out and the more I think about it the worse I am. I have a slight headache at the back of my head but this could all be stress. I'm not sleeping and feel disinterested in everything. Feel like I'm going mad. I'm also wondering if I could be heading towards menopause. I'm 43.
