Sertraline and Health Anxiety

Hi, I have suffered with health anxiety and general anxiety for years and finally decided to do something about i after years of suffering Am currently on 50 mg sertraline and am awaiting counselling, just wondered if anybody has had success with sertraline? Feel pretty woozy on it but that is preferable to panic attacks and anxiety :) x

Sertraline has been quite good for me. I still suffer HA, general anxiety, OCD but I can't expect medication to do everything! Needs to work alongside other stuff like counselling, CBT etc
