Hello,
Today I noticed some lumps on the inside of my cheek, near my back teeth. They're not painful and they're the same colour as the rest of my cheek. Ordinarily I'd pay them no mind, but each one has a small black/dark red dot in the centre. What the heck is that?
I'm 21. I've smoked for a few years but not heavily, 1-2 a day. I do habitually grind/clench my teeth. I had my wisdom teeth removed without incident two years ago.
Any thoughts? Cancer? Not cancer?
