Nose Congestion Help

I was told 7-8 days ago i had heyfever.... I was told to get antihistamines so again i have been on them for 7-8 days and noting nose is still blocked up causing me to feel as i cant breath properly....

Symptoms:- Blocked nose- Even when blocked nose is dripping water)

When i swallow my left or both ears pop mostly left ear

Left ear feels blocked

I have an odd sneeze now and then but not often.

Any help Guy/Girls

Have you tried a netti pot? They are very gross at first but they do help a lot. Maybe find the source or your allergies. It could be simple as cleaning or dusting and you'll feel better. good luck!

What's a netti pot..... only thing that stops the symptoms only works now and then is sitting out side..... Not blaming my family but there smokers,

I myself have 4 Pet Rats.

Mum 2 Dogs and a Budgie
