I've been going through some tough stuff with my bowels lately, I went to the Dr for urine retention caused by constipation and now I have diarrhoea!

All the time, for the last week and half every single day, as soon as I wake up.
I've stopped eating as much so losing weight and I don't want to lose weight.

I'm doing a stool test and terrified I have colon cancer, but a part of me knows I don't. I'm 38 and it doesn't run in my family, and I'm hoping or thinking it's stress as anxiety affects us us 24/7.

Anyone else experienced this?
I've tried eating only fiber and sometimes it's harder but most of the time it's gross, more flatulence and burping too! TMI!

Anyway any help would be appreciated x

Anxiety can cause it and so can IBS :( I am going through the same at the moment. I wouldn't recommend eating only fibre as that will make you feel worse.

My daughter actually has bad diaherroa as well but I'm not sure if the two are linked.

I have it most days but mine varies from not being able to go to going all the time! My son suffers from it too so I guess it can 'run' in the family (excuse the pun! :) )
