intense feeling that something is wrong

does anyone else get this? Just this intense feeling like something is wrong and it comes over u from nowhere sometimes. It scares the crap out of me! Sometimes i will get it on its own and others i get a panic attack after it

yes, this happens to me. and then i harp on it because i try to find that 'reason' to why i think something is wrong and then i associate that with whoever i was with or whatever i was doing at the time and then i become distant with that person or thing.
