You don't have to worry about getting asthma. Worry instead about getting lung cancer, bladder cancer, and a whole lot of other terrible diseases.

Asthma is very controllable thesedays, its very very common due to the increase of children being diagnosed with it over the past 20 or so years. It doesn't limit your life much at all unless you have chronic asthma.

I would worry more about the cancer issue as others have said which you are more likely to get than asthma surely?
