Hey everyone my name is Kelly. I'm 23 years old and i'm now engaged as of new years eve. I have been suffering from health anxiety almost my whole life. I live with my fiance in new hampshire where he is my strength. He was a health and fitness major in college so every worry and panic i get about any ache and pain i feel he makes me feel better by letting me know its nothing. I recently went to the doctors up here for dizziness. It came on when winter began and i figured it was a change in the weather. a couple weeks later i saw the doctor. She said i was fine and to try and take sudafed to see if it maybe a sinus blockage. Well its been about 2 months and the dizziness is still here. I have come to conclude it is anxiety. maybe the stress of the holidays. Other than the dizziness the only other thing i panic about are tremors, i notice twitching in my hands and legs when i try to relax. Well just thought i would let everyone hear my story.
