Lung cancer fear

This is my first post I a while. I've been on Sertaline for 6 months and have been feeling far less anxious. However........ The last two weeks I've had a cough and what I can only describe as a popping candy sensation at the back of my throat. I have been coughing up phlegm and a few times it's had blood in it. I have also been getting breathless when climbing stairs etc. I am worried I may have lung cancer. I'm 38 and pled for 20 years. I gave up a year ago but now use ecigs. I'm currently in Italy with work so can't get to the doctor and I'm really scared😞

Sounds like a possible chest infection rather than lung cancer,
when we cough alot we can irritate our airways/throat and sometimes this can lead
To blood streaked mucas.
I 110% get the fear you are currently experiencing but i'm sure you are OK.

spot on,chest infection,this gives you shortness of breath,relax you'll be fine just stressed out about it,know the feeling
