Getting anxious when people are unwell?

Does anybody else start feeling funny when people in the family have sickness bugs ect?

Do you mean that you start to feel anxious because someone is ill? I think many people would know how this feels, especially the HA guys.

Yes I do worry a lot and my heart rate starts to increase, I have stomach ache and a general discomfort. But I think this is normal because it means I really do care about my family and don't want anything bad to happen to them.

My anxiety comes back when someone in the family - especially my parents - are unwell.

I worry sick about them. Both of my parents have seen their health decline over the past couple of years, and it really get to me.

They are both so stoic about it, and just get concerned about ME because they say I 'worry far too much'!:wacko:

I get nauseous, upset tummy, dizzy, nervous, and scared. I battle from PTSD after my mom committed suicide. It's like I worry all the time about death and the dying process.
