Hi there new poster. Have had health anxiety for as long as I can remember. But the past week I have been thinking about my heart. .. is it normal to feel your heart beating if your looking out for it ? When I had my first baby I had an infection after the birth which caused trachedia they did an ecg and I it was normal and that was four years ago. But I will literally latch on to something else once I have gotten over it ...anyone else in this position.
