need advice quick.

Hi. I have a cold at the mo and i cant sleep as i can barely breathe out my nose. I just blew my nose and i think i blew too hard coz it hurt up nose and i burst a blood vessel? Is this possible? Im really scared.

I think what you're describing is most certainly possible, especially when you blew your nose really hard. Can you share more as to why you think you burst a blood vessel?

It was just a horrible pain through my sinus. Im really worried do i need to go to hospital? The pain isnt so bad now.

I'm glad you're not having much pain anymore.

If you know for sure it's a cold, since it's a virus, it will leave you body in a week or two. In which case, I personally wouldn't be too concerned. If you think it's a sinus issue (i.e., sinusitis), then I may try antihistamine or seeing a GP to consult as your best bet. Or, i'm not sure how it works in UK but try speaking to a pharmacist, they're very insightful also!
