Feels like something stuck inhi throat and sensations on head neck and left ear

Hi there I suffer from health anxiety . And recently the right side of my throat feels like there's a lump or something stuck in it . I'm also getting weird feeling/ sensation around head back of neck and left ear . I'm out of my head with worry
