I have been a regular on here since I lost my mum a few years back,
Timings are getting few and far between but the old niggles are still playing up!
I have lost 6 stone over the last year so the HA anxiety has decreased slightly.
I am due to go away tomorrow and I'm on the plane for a long time, I have varicose veins and wear support stockings but this is freaking me out!
I also done a spin class on Sunday and afterwards my chest was really tight (I know it was full on cardio workout) but since then I have had a niggly tickling cough... No phlegm or any sign of a cold just the cough!!
I am now worried this is something too..
And the thought of being in another country is freaking me out.. So also worried that my night anxiety might return..
Any suggestions x
