I'm not sure if I'm even having PVCs because I don't feel them in my chest I feel them in the 'suprasternal notch' (the hollow point of your neck between collar bones), although I also have a strong pulse there.

Anyone else feel them there?

I only ever feel them in my heart. If my heartbeat goes a bit wonky as in missed beats or flutters then its only in my heart that I feel them. If I take my pulse when I'm having them I will feel them there, but mainly I feel them in my heart. You're lucky that you only feel them in a pulse point in your 'suprasternal notch' as this would disassociate them from the heart, and I could certainly live with that, because to feel your heart actually doing these things isn't very pleasant. Wanna swop?

I feel them in chest and also in that bit too...its possibly esophagus spasm which is linked to acid..i dont knoe if any of you suffer with acid. For years i was convinced it was my heart but its actually acid related. This does trigger palps also its down to the vagus nerve.

left-centre of my chest mainly. sometimes a flutter, sometimes quite a thump. if it's strong enough there's a bit of discomfort too, like a twinge of pain. and i can set one off if i bend over in a certain way or scrunch up with a tight waistband on - like putting on socks while wearing tight jeans, for example. specially if i've eaten a big meal. definitely some stomach interaction there.

I tend to feel them as kick-thumps in my chest.

I've felt them in the top of my stomach, where the heart is itself and in my suprasternal notch or throat, I also have a pulse there.

Usually in my chest if there's any irregularity going on, specifically in the left side. However I can often feel my heartbeat when I'm lying in bed in my stomach, legs, arms, back or neck or just a sensation of my pulse travelling through my body.

When you say you also have a pulse there, how strong is it? I can literally see it pulsating most of the time. I think most people can feel a pulse there if they really push.

Also thanks for the replies everyone.

Sometimes I can barely feel it, other times I can just gently touch the skin there and feel a strong pulse, seems to get stronger after eating.

Same with me, when I wake up I can barely feel it but after eating it's bouncing everywhere.

Hi over the years i have had many types of palpitation, the fast fluttery ones, the one large one that feels like your heart is jumping into your throat etc. Now i just feel fairly small jumpy ones that make me want to cough to clear them. This last week i have felt like my heart is beating slow, and had horrible strange jumpy sensation if i lay on my left side in bed. I do suffer from indigestion to which seems to affect them.
