Sickness and diarrhea? Or something more?

Since Weds I have had diarrhea, felt sick and been really achy all over, today i woke up feeling alot better with the aches gone but still had diarrhea and felt sick, i got to work and was drinking water and had a big gulp and next thing i felt as i was going to throw up, i ran to the loo and i was sick, I am now worried it is more than just a bug as I thought if i was going to be sick I would of been sick at the start on Wednesday?

There are definitely bugs going around, I had a horrible sickness bug recently. I doubt if it would be anything else as there aren't any other symptoms? Try not to worry. I absolutely hate being sick but I have to tell myself it's just my body getting rid of something horrible. Hope you feel better soon.

sounds like a bug to me, if you are worried then make an appt with your GP
