left sided symptoms?

Hello all im back again.

I notice all my symptoms (IE Tingling, numbness, pain ect) really only affect my left side, mainly my arm or hand. Is this normal with anxiety?

I don't know if it's normal but I can tell you I'm the same. My left side of my back arm and my left leg will also. X
