dental/tooth absces

Ok so I have an abscess and usually I can rid them by myself this one I'm scared I cant.
I hate taking antibiotics I'm scared of the side effects and I generally react badly to them so please don't mention them :(

I'm at work in a fit of panic trying to find natural remedies. The thing is the abscess is swollen just under the jaw bone.... I dunno what to do I'm scared it will spread and kill me please help

I get you are scared of antibiotics and side effects but you do really need to take them and get rid of the abscess. I have had a few abscesses and have tried salt and warm water to get rid of them but it's not really helped. I am sorry for mentioning the antibiotics, are you allergic to them or just worried about taking them? I am allergic to penicillin so have to have a different type. x
