Eyes, mouth and ears !

my eyes are so dry, ringing in right ear for nearly two weeks and dry mouth.
Very achey in morning.
What is happening to me.
The ringing is driving me nuts ..

Hi, I have had this on and off for years. I notice it is worse when I am stressed out or my anxiety is really bad. Best thing to do is accept it is just a symptom of anxiety and try to not pay attention to it (easier said than done). Eventually it will subside, some days I don't notice it, if I have a really hectic day at work I get it bad in the evening.

Have gp appointment on Wednesday , I will go this time.
I know these symptoms can't all be stress.
I know that I'm going to have to live with these symptoms for the rest of my life and it makes me feel so depressed.
Has anyone had similar symptoms .
