Hemmaroid or worse?

Area around my butthole has been a bit sore and itchy. Today I felt a hard lump near my anus. Freaked out. Turns out these are signs of anal cancer. :(

Analysis cancer us quite rare. Get it checked by your doctor so you can get treatment for haemorrhoids. Or go to a serial health clinic if you're worried about going to gp. I had v similar symptoms and as I have a history of cervical precancer I totally freaked. I had minor surgery to remove hemorrhoid and all is fine now. Xxx
