Really Stupid Question

Hey,

I want to try and stop this bout of anxiety before it even starts.

This is my 3rd different 'problem' today.

This sounds really stupid. Can you cause an aneurysm by straining?
Ever since I had to strain to do something earlier, I've had a headache at the back, top and side of my head (right side).

Should be easy for you guys to answer, I'm not very anxious at the moment, more intrigued, but i'd rather ask the question before the anxiety comes on, that way I may get a chilled night for once! Haha

I don't think so, especially not easily. People strain all the time and don't get them.
I could see how it could cause a simple headache though.

One thing I do want to mention is that when you have health anxiety, having any "curiosity" about diseases and such isn't a good idea because if you have the "knowledge", one day in the future you'll probably use it to cause an anxiety attack.

I've done it a lot and it has caused me lots of issues.
