Hello, my name is ELizabeth.

I am 27 years old and was first properly diagnosed with Gad when i was 17. I have had intensive Cbt and have been on citalopram for around 6 years. I now live in Germany with my boyfriend.

I am mainly looking for some simliar experiences regarding citalopram amd tiredness and some general support when my anxiety gets increased from time to time, which luckily is less and less recently.

I've never tried that medication before so I'd have absolutely no clue about it. Now anxiety on the other hand, yup I know mr. Anxiety unfortunately.
