It's not really panic. I don't have any other symptoms with it but it seems to only happen when I'm really tired. My body reacts weird when I don't get enough sleep (overactive nervous system?), my eyes don't focus, I get dizzy, I shake all over outside or internally and me heart beats fast like it's taking my body time to regulate after being asleep...especially if someone wakes me up before I've been in a deep sleep. I used to feel those electrical shock things during this time period too but not anymore. Now it's just I'm falling asleep and I wake up and gasp. It's not like I feel short of breath or that I haven't been breathing but then again I've been asleep so what do I know. They're scary and I don't like them. I'm afraid it's sleep apnea and I'm going to die in my sleep because it means I have a heart condition (see other post about that). [:I]

Anyone else?

Thanks! :)
