anxiety completely diminished

hi ive completely cut out alcohol through the week but I still get abit barlowed on the weekend and id just like to say I feel great compared to 4 weeks ago

even going out for a quiet one and ending up on crimewatch sunday hardly gives me any anxiety so the 5 day a week break is obv doing something:yahoo:
