Woke up shaky, and feeling nauseated and bad. Then I started feeling strange, like I am getting ready to die. I checked my BP and it was up to 144/87. Every time I feel this way my BP is always up. Not sure how to calm down and I am too new to access chat to talk it out.

Take slow deep breaths in through your nose, hold it for the count of 4 then let it out slowly through your nose (then smile :) ). Keep doing this until you feel calmer.
Anxiety is often worse on a morning. Have a drink and something light to eat to help your blood sugars.
