I feel really weird, i keep feeling like somethings up with my breathing. It feels if i don't remember to breath that i won't. My right arm feels like it's not mine and odd and i feel like i can't sit still or i freak out at how bad i feel.

Probably anxiety related, you should look up the big list of anxiety symptoms.

I am worrying because my potassium levels weren't right on a blood test last week so i am getting it re done tomorrow. I stupidly googled and now i am thinking my back ache and symptoms are due to my kidneys.

If there was something seriously wrong they would not have left it a week to re-test you:)
