Lovely sunny morning

Nothing like a nice sunny morning to lift any anxious feelings, I got up went for a nice walk down to the shop for the paper, birds where singing etc, it has put me in top form. So if your having any anxious feelings get out in the sunshine for a walk

A happy person is fully caught up in the moment --and is not thinking about the past or the future.
