Panic now!

Iv been great for past 2 weeks dr put me on 2mg of diazepam for sleep probs but tonite I don't feel right strange head sucky shaking heart racing I'm on my own with my 2 young children feel hopeless tried to distract myself but not helping horrible feelings of my bad attacks flooding bk 😭

Evening. I know I'm a day late, but are you OK now? Try not to worry too much about them "coming back", it could just be a blip. You may be particularly tired, stressed or hormonal at the moment?
I also find that the short days are not great for me.

Thank u for replying it's happening again but I banged my forehead earlier n I got headache terrible I took 4mg of val about 8 n it's not relaxing me at all I feel sick n shakey I hate this xx

If I took another 2mg n kept it under my tongue ? Don't wanna go mad but I feel awful ��xx
