Ive had anxiety and health and anxiety for like 6 months.. It was getting so much better and now I feel like I've gone down hill again, I think I've had a bit of a bug and I think its triggered it...A few months ago I went to the doctors several times as well as the hospital and they said everything is fine, ive also had blood tests so I know everything's fine there. Anyways recently, Ive had this pressure feeling at the bottom of my rib cage and belly, it feels like I cant get enough air in and as if this pressure is weighing me down, I also feel abit out of it like, I'm worried that there's something wrong with my lungs or I'm going to callopse because if this pressure, please help��
