Clammy Breathing Problem

The last few hours ive been feeling all clammy and hot and cold, today has been pretty bad with my anxiety earlier I felt a pressure in my belly but now I just feel shaky, clammy and like my breathing is uncomfortable, it feels non sufficient like I'm not breathing correctly, I feel so shaky too, I'm worried, is this normal for anxiety?
