Gas and lower left abdo pain

I've been gassy for the last couple days (no such thing as TMI for me anymore) and my lower left abdomen has been a bit sore. Also, had some shooting pains which are sporadic. Scared as to what this could be.

At some stage, you must realise that your symptoms are either just part of the normal lumps and bumps of everyday life, or caused by anxiety.
