View Full Version : Hello new to nmp anxiety sufferer 😞
Hello am here to get advice & support and hopefully make some friends along the way.
I suffered with anxiety 10 years ago and managed to get through it. I've just moved into a house I have bought and found problems I wasn't expecting. Nothing huge & all fixable but my anxiety is at its worst. The constant washing machine in my belly, the nerves & tears are back with a vegence. I have a teenage daughter who relies on me but am struggling to find the energy to pick myself up.
Help? xx

hello, i had a good 10 years of peace between periods of anxiety and panic attacks. seriously was a depressing shock to realise that they were back..though the more i have the more i get to understand what they are and how to live with them.
Hello spop, anxiety isn't easy but it don't last forever.
Keep your chin up, and keep fighting the good fight.

Hi spop
You got through it 10 years ago, keep that in mind and battle through it again:hugs:

I am 70 years old Now , just this week I have had all the symptoms of a panic attack. Heart all over the place, butterfly stomach and the shakes. Not wanting to eat and feeling miserable and weepy. I have nothing to fret about and health wise am very lucky and feel ashamed that I feel this way I have no interest to do anything and there is so much to do I just feel so scared. I just want to know how to cope and what to do to stop the horrible feelings:mad:
