I have had an electric shock type pain behind my left knee. It can occur at any time, sitting, standing, driving, lying down and lasts about 2-3 seconds and then disappears like nothing has happened. The pain when it happens though is intense. Ive googled it and itnappears lots of people have it but no one seems to know what it is. Anyone any suggestions? Logic is telling me its fine, ive had it before, on amd off for years and to stop worrying about it. Irrational thoughts then take over and I think all sorts. Anyone?
