Can I return to work?

Hi Guys,

I wanted to get some advice on returning to work.

I have been off for 7 weeks with depression with really heavy and overwhelming suicidal thoughts. This was partially caused by me being non-compliant with my medication.

I was suppose to return to work today but I couldn't get on the train. I felt sick and my heart felt like it was going to explode through my chest. The last few days my suicidal thoughts and self harm has come back with vengeance.

I just can't get out of my head the questions that people are going to ask me and I feel too embarrassed to return.

does anyone have any advice for me?

you should go back to your doctor and tell him exactly how you feel,he/she can make a judgement if you should be signed off or not.
