awake while beeing asleep

last three days iv slept realy well and have felt good in myself.but last night and other nights i fall to sleep but feel aware im asleep,almost as if im partly awake.i seem to have many dreams through the night and seem to wake after each dream is ovwr.so wake up feeling like i havnt had a goos deap night sleep.this being aware im sleeping is bugging me and because of this kind of experiance i feel low.anyone eles get this and have any advice

I've been getting this. Like I'm sleeping but dreaming im sleeping and wake up and scared :( then have anxiety attack. Am I going mad?

I get that from time to time, it's horrible. It's like my brain won't stop thinking or being aware. But I do get weird dream like thoughts, but I feel awake. I think its insomnia, but it scares me when it happens bc I don't know why it happens.
