Nervous Tummy, constantly with Anxiety

Hi. I have suffered from all different types of anxiety for years now plus OCD among other things. Just recently it has came back with a bang...
I struggle going to work because i constantly feel nervous and light headed, Its like a feeling of dread in the pit of my stomach, and a feeling like i constantly need a wee. Does anyone else have this?

Hell yea...bad washing machine,churny stomach,palpitations and cold sweats... I've been good for a year and then bang..it hit me Sat and I've struggled since then.... Friday was my birthday and I had far too much wine and I think that along with missing a couple of days meds may be my problem.. But I have had the nervous tummy for a couple of weeks prior xx

Yes churning stomach is one of my most uncomfortable symptoms.
