Sooooooo I'm still havig these chest pains 5 days after I goes started to have them, now in also getting aches in my Chest and now my back and shoulders.... If it was anxiety it should have gone by now right.

Why would it? You are still anxious. That said if you have any physical concerns a trip to the GP would be worthwhile.
