Hey people I feel so down and I'm fighting with all my might to not go to hospital incase it's nothing serious... Just feel dreadful... Horrible sharp stomach pains and the acid burning my throat and stomach. I can't get a docs appointment till next Monday which I booked yesterday ... I'm pretty sure it's an ulcer all anxiety aside. I'm just worried it will burst and then I die it is a complication and it's not that rare. I don't know what to do I can't cope with this anymore.
