This morning I've woke up and my head feels weird...I feel spaced out, not really there and I feel light headed as if i'm tipsy...I have taken a propranolol and hoping this feeling is going to wear off...I'm pottering round the house on edge trying to keep my mind off it...I hope this doesn't turn into a panic attack as I have work this evening....;-( anyone else have funny heads with anxiety and what's the best way of getting rid of it?
