Chest pain

Hello!
I have had panic attacks and sleeping problems caused by a phobia.
I started having some random chest pain this month, in both sides. The pain comes and goes, but it's actually annoying.
Do you think it has something to do with anxiety?

Very much so! One of the most common anxiety symptoms. I think it has to do with muscle tension :)

Thank you so much for the reply.
But I don't feel stressed or anxious this is why I was not sure... But, I used to suffer from nausea last month although I wasn't anxious over anything so maybe the chest pain is caused by it, just as nausea was!
