Brain and nausea

Hi all. I have posted about this before, but I am now more convinced that I have a brain tumor. I have had these weird pains in my head off and on for a yr and a half. Have had 2 dilated and clear eye exams( no increased pressures or anything). I have just recently started having some nausea. Kind of comes and goes. I am not pregnant( neg test). I google everything and am scared to see my doctor. I feel it is brain tumor symptoms, but would really appreciate some help!

Both symptoms are indicitive of anxiety. It's the anxiety that should be treated first, before satisfying any diagnosis.
