self talk while asleep

Hi guys
I wonder if any of you have experienced this self talk but in dreams I go to bed and drop off instanley but I start to kinda self talk dream and it wakes me up I wake up about every hr last night at one point I was talking french now I don't know if im loseing the plot or something as any one experience d this kinda of self talk while asleep

My mrs regularly has conversations with me while she's asleep and has no memory of it. Her eyes are open and she responds to me. Very odd (annoying) (lol)

It's normal though. I'd imagine it's very common.
