New worry!!!!!

Well I till get te occasional stabby pain in my heart but I'm trying to make my mind believe that it's nothin to serious....

I'm havin a new symptom though that sort of feels like a buzzing feeling inside



Sooooooooooo is this anxiety related or something serious???

I've jus been for a walk and felt like I had a panic attack coming the whole way until I've just got home and now my heart is pounding and feel all shakey

Can't shake the feeling that there's something seriously wron with me

Also I'm feelin shakey and kind of sick

How can anxiety make me feel this bad!!!

Don't worry bingjam. It's your mind working overtime, it is the anxiety causing palpitations. Nothing to worry about, it seems strange and frightening but you will be alright. i've been exactly where you are. please just try to relax, drink plenty of water try to distract yourself. It will pass.

Hi.... Thanks for the reply. Looks like I'm really struggling with my anxiety right now, I've been I'll for the past few days and felt better then than when these anxiety symptoms happen.
