I have posted on here recently about experiencing a sensation on my skin, mostly face and scalp but recently on my arms and definately associated with increased stress/anxiety. It feels like a daddy long legs/crane fly is walking on the skin or sometimes like you have walked into a spiders web.
Anyway, its called 'FORMICATION' and definately has links with anxiety states. I did a google search with 'formication and anxiety' and found quite a bit about its relation to anxiety states and stress.
It has helped me turn down the anxiety level quite alot and stop 'what if'ing'. I hope this info does the same for anyone who has, or does experience(d) this weird sensation.
