Hello you may feel I'm stupid but does anyone whose married have brainlock. What I mean is for eg what I'm going through now. I thought of a lady and now I keep thinking I want to go and see her.
This as made me feel terrible and I'm constantly worrying I'm married as I've said previously.
To be honest I need reassurance this is all my intrusive thoughts. As I'm very concerned I don't even know this person. I have been diagnosed with ocd and have had these same thoughts before about different people but it always a major worry for me and it always seems to happen near Xmas. Please help
