Hi,ive suffered from agaoraphobia and panic for years and years,gradually over time ive gotten better to a degree,excpet i have my achilles heel which sets it all off again,for me its my ears..so you can imagine that absolute trauma and turmoil im going through now my ear have been blocked for the past 8 days (eustachian tube dysfunction) i am barely able to keep it together,i do the school run sobbing,i cant bear any noise,im a mess!!
I had this once 8 years ago (think its where the fear stems from) and it took months to shift :( Luckily i saw ent on thursday for my sinuses and mentioned this ad im now on nasal steroids,im doing steaming,nasal irrigation,taking sudafed and i keep notes on how my ears feel anyway and since this started theer has been no improvement whatsoever!!
How long does this normally last ater a cough cold?? I can "pop" my ears but they stay over pressurised and i cant release the pressure so im trying not to.
