I know i am posting alot lately about my back ache but i really am worried. I woke up in the middle of the night again feeling sick and drenched in sweat, my back was hurting and throbbing everytime i turned over or moved in bed. I have a constant feeling of coolness in the back of my throat and a feeling like i have a golf ball in my back. This can't all just be muscular surely.

Zippy, seriously you know we cannot diagnose anything over the internet ..please if you are really really worried that it is something bad go to A&E and get it checked. It will stop your worrying.
