Im am so scared guys :((( I suffer from health anxiety and recently i have experienced this aching pain in my left side,it goes round to the back and to to the front but its on my left side,like if i put my hands on my hips its in the waist bit.I suddenly started connecting the pain to my bowel habits and atm i am convinced i have a twisted bowel or a blockage.I am terrified,i am trying so hard not to go to A and E as i know this is panicking but i have to go to work tomorrow and i feel like screaming as i cant bear how i feel and Christmas is just round the corner :((( I literally have been up all night panicking but telling myself the pain is not severe enough to be a blockage or something,why do i focus on these severe illnesses.Please please someone help me.....i would give anything to talk to someone who might be able to calm me down and give me peace xxxxx
