Inappropriate sinus tachycardia and neurocardiogenic syncope. I went to a new cardiologist after 2 years and that's the first thing he said. Not sure how I feel about it, but at least a lot of symptoms can be explained by those. (near fainting 20ish times this year, inability to take hot showers, fast heart rate, etc)
